We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. Because we sell digital products such as e-books, meditation audio recordings, online courses and hybrid programs, which are non-refundable by their nature, all fees for purchased digital products are non-refundable.

If you have purchased a full-price program and decide to withdraw from the program for any reason, you cannot request a refund!

Fees

Current fees for services and programs are usually listed on the individual program pages and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change the fees/packages offered, but we will always adhere to the agreed amount for the agreed period of all services that was established at the beginning of our collaboration. However, if you wish to continue working with us after the end of your initial package, there is no guarantee that the rates will be the same.

The work we perform is not licensed healthcare. This means that we are not doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, or social workers, and you understand that if you have worked with, are currently working with, or choose to work with a licensed person in the future, you should discuss your decision to engage in alternative or complementary tools and techniques with them. In addition, none of the work done with us should be construed as, nor should you assume that it is, a substitute for the counseling of a licensed person.

Your results may differ from those advertised. Some of the results we use in our marketing require real commitment to achieve. We do not believe in get rich quick or overnight success. You acknowledge that we have not made and do not make any representations about physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or health benefits, future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profits or losses of any kind that may result from your participation in the program, product, service or any program materials, and you accept and understand that results vary from individual to individual.

We also expressly disclaim any responsibility for the decisions, actions, results, use, misuse or non-use of information provided or obtained through any of our programs, products, services or program materials. You agree that your results are solely your own and we have no responsibility or liability for your results.

Your Choice, Your Responsibility for Your Mental Health: In the work we provide, we may offer you advice and other ways of looking at your problems and their solutions for your consideration. You hereby agree that everything we say is only our opinion and is not binding on you, nor is it a prescription. If you wish to discuss our suggestions with anyone else regarding your mental health, you should discuss them with a licensed healthcare provider.

Delivery Policy

As our products are available online only, access/login details to our members area will be sent to you no later than 24 hours after receipt of your paid order. Online coaching services will be provided as agreed with you at the time of the agreed booking.

You understand that we will always have your best interests at heart and will hold space for your highest potential, assuming that anything is possible for you.

We will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, damage to goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of damage to data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or purely economic losses, costs, damages, fees or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of entering into this Agreement and the services provided.

Our liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, compensation or other liability arising in connection with the performance or proposed performance of this Agreement shall in all circumstances be limited to the total price paid by you for the program, product or service.
